In my role as the dedicated Resource Coordinator at Engage, I bring with me a wealth of experience gained through numerous years in Recruitment, Sales, and Marketing. This experience has been ideal in preparing me for my current role supporting the Operations Team, ensuring we match people with tasks and projects perfectly. This ensures the consultants are happy in roles that are interesting and challenging, and that we can meet the resource requirements of our projects and therefore support our clients with highly qualified and skilled individuals.

My commitment extends beyond my current responsibilities, as I want to continually develop my skills, and create new opportunities for recruitment and resourcing.  This is made easier as the Senior Management Team is very supportive of their employees' continual development.
